Help / FAQ

Q. HOW CAN I GET HELP WITH MY ORDER?

Please email us at orders@thesweetband.com for help. Be sure to read our Returns & Refunds policy before returning merchandise or requesting a refund.

Q. CAN I SHARE THE MUSIC, VIDEOS OR OTHER ITEMS THAT I PURCHASE?

No, digital downloads are for your PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not share or post these online in any form whatsoever without express written consent from Blitz Touring, Inc. We reserve the right to revoke access to digital downloads and/or to pursue legal action for any suspicious or unauthorized use of these items.

Q. MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD IS A "ZIP" FILE, WHAT DO I DO WITH IT?

A "zip" file is a standard file used to combine multiple items into a single, smaller file for faster and safer downloading over the Internet. Zip files can be opened on any PC or Macintosh computer. No additional software is required.

  • Download the zip file to your PC or Macintosh computer. By default the file is typically saved in your Downloads folder.
  • Double-click the zip file to access your digital downloads.
  • You may then transfer the digital download files to your phone or device if you wish to do so.

Q. HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD MY FILES? CAN I DOWNLOAD MY FILES TO MORE THAN ONE COMPUTER?

Each digital download is limited to 3 download attempts. Please download to a computer first as this is most reliable. Once you have downloaded the file you may transfer it to your other computers or devices without any restrictions. However, please remember these files are for your personal use only, you may not share with anyone else or post them on other web sites. Please see the related question above.

Q. WHAT IF I DON'T OWN A COMPUTER?

We recommend you try to use a friend's computer as this is the most reliable way to download your files. If you have a personal storage account - for example iCloud, DropBox, Google Drive, etc. - you can download and save the files there using your phone or tablet. However this can be tricky if you are not proficient with your device and apps. Always use a computer first if you are not sure how to do this.

If you have an Apple device with a recent version of iOS, you can use Apple's "Files" app to save and open zip files directly on your device. See this article: How to open a Zip File With the Files App.

Q. HOW DO I PLAY DIGITAL AUDIO FILES?

You can open and play any of the audio files we sell with a PC or Macintosh computer. Again, we recommend downloading to your computer first for safekeeping, then transferring files into your music library or onto your device.

For additional information, see this article: How To Add Your Own Music To Apple Music and iTunes.

Q. SHOULD I CHOOSE MP3, APPLE LOSSLESS OR FLAC FOR DIGITAL AUDIO FILES?

For your convenience, we provide some of our digital audio files in multiple formats, including MP3, Apple Lossless and FLAC. MP3 is fine for most users. If you are an audiophile you may prefer Apple Lossless or FLAC as these are "lossless" formats, meaning they have the same full resolution as the original audio with no quality loss during digital conversion.

Q. HOW DO I READ MY E-BOOK?

Your e-Book is a standard PDF document and can be read on any PC or Mac using Acrobat Reader from Adobe. This software is 100% free and is probably already on your computer, but if not you can download it from Adobe here.

Please note that Adobe's download page includes optional software that is selected by default. You do not need to download or install this optional software to view PDF files! Feel free to uncheck these options before downloading the Acrobat Reader DC installer.

Q. CAN I READ MY E-BOOK ON A KINDLE FIRE, NOOK, OR OTHER DEVICE?

Generally, yes, as long as your reader supports PDF documents not purchased from the manufacturer's store. Most readers do not have a problem, but please check the manufacturer's instructions first.

Please understand that we cannot guarantee the usability or functioning of your personal devices. For example, older models of Kindle Fire are known to have difficulty with third-party PDF documents and may incorrectly report that these files are copy protected. You may find this article helpful: How To Read PDF Files On A Kindle.

If you are having issues, please try a newer device or simply read the file on a PC or Macintosh computer.

Q. I CANNOT GET MY FILES TO WORK, CAN I GET A REFUND?

All digital download sales are final, please see our Returns & Refund Policy for more information.

Please understand that we cannot guarantee the usability or functioning of your personal software and equipment, nor can we provide personalized technical support. If you are still having difficulty and the information above is not helpful for you, please email us at orders@thesweetband.com and we will try to find a solution or refer you to more specific instructions.
